This channel allows recruiters, institutions, and third parties to confirm the standing of any individual who claims affiliation with the organisation.
Data Integrity
RIF Africa operates under formal data protection standards covering the collection, retention, and disclosure of personnel records, in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and applicable frameworks in the jurisdictions in which we operate. Verification responses reflect only what our register confirms.
Quality of Affiliation
A growing number of individuals publicly claim association with RIF Africa without standing in our records. We provide this channel so that recruiters and institutions can act on confirmed information rather than assumption, and so that genuine affiliation retains its meaning.
Protecting the Standard
Genuine affiliation with RIF Africa reflects the dual standard of proficiency and character that defines our recruitment. Verification protects that meaning for those who have earned it, and protects recruiters from acting on misrepresented credentials.

Verify an Individual
Select the category that applies to the person you are verifying. Each requires a valid identification number issued by RIF Africa at the conclusion of the relevant programme. If the individual cannot provide an ID, refer to the email channel below.
Official Personnel
Confirmed staff of RIF Africa, past or active, who have completed the full onboarding process and been formally inducted into the organisation. Verification requires a valid Staff Identification Number.
RIF Academy Beneficiary
Students, interns, and educational beneficiaries who have completed a recognised programme under RIF Academy. Verification requires a valid Alumni Certification Number.
Verification Without an Identification Number
If an individual claims affiliation with RIF Africa but cannot present a valid Staff ID or Academy Certification ID, the absence is itself informative. To confirm formally, send a verification request to:
Requests must be submitted from an organisational email address. Requests from personal or unverified email accounts will not be processed. Response window: three to five business days from receipt.

RIF Africa maintains personnel and beneficiary records in accordance with applicable data protection regulation, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and the data protection frameworks relevant to the jurisdictions in which we operate. Information disclosed through this verification channel is limited to confirmation of standing and the broad nature of the individual's affiliation.
We do not disclose performance evaluations, internal observations, or details of probationary outcomes. Verification responses confirm what the register holds. Anything beyond that is not within the scope of this channel.
By submitting a verification request, the requesting party affirms that the request is being made in a legitimate professional capacity and that the information returned will be used solely for the purpose of validating affiliation.
