Afroxtend: Enterprise Capital Channel by RIF Africa Since 2017
Afroxtend is the channel through which RIF Africa raises capital for its enterprise ventures and research programmes. Participation earns active membership in REGA, the RIF Elite Global Alliance. Operating since 2017.
How Afroxtend Works
Capital Raise
RIF Africa identifies a venture or research programme that requires capital. Afroxtend opens a defined raise with slot value, duration, and expected outcome stated upfront.
Slot Allocation
Participants take up slots in the raise. Each slot represents a defined unit of allocation in the specific venture. Slot availability is finite by design.
Active Operations
Funds are deployed into the venture. Backers receive updates on operational progress through their dashboard.
Return on Performance
When the venture delivers, returns are distributed according to slot value and agreed duration. Returns follow actual performance of the venture.
